Membership allows you to access resources and benefits that are available to us.  Seasoned executives may find mentoring opportunities for new-to-the-workplace BIPOC women executives. This is a safe space for BIPOC Women Executives.

Why Join?

We have often found that multi-culturalism, multi-racial, and multi-ethnicities are used to pit different groups and identities against each other. We want to change that and create a nurturing environment by highlighting common ground among women who identify as Black, Indigenous or as a Person of Color.

Catalyst Circle

All Individual Member level benefits, in addition to:

  • Free admission to ALL standard BIPOC-WE events and programs (excluding Symposium and select special events).

  • Admission to two (2) Executive Roundtable discussions BIPOC-WE and select special guests

Pay It Forward

Membership includes: Bundle (up to 5 members – $20 savings on each membership)

This is a package for companies that understand the value of BIPOC-WE membership and want to ensure their staff and others are afforded the same opportunity. Pay-It-Forward benefits are extended to five employees designated by the organization.
